Texas-born Gary Morris is one of the original Countrypolitan artists of the 1980s, along with Kenny Rogers and Crystal Gayle. He had several top ten hits, including the first recording of "The Wind Beneath My Wings," a song perfectly suited to his powerful voice and smooth delivery. A talented actor as well as a singer, Gary later performed on Broadway in Les Miserables as Jean Valjean. in this special performance some of his hits, including "The Wind Beneath My Wings","The Love She Found In Me","Dreams Die Hard" and "Headed For Heartache."
