A torrid love affair begins with a chance meeting between Jane Claire, a wealthy and beautiful deaf woman (Marlee Matlin; The West Wing, My Name Is Earl) and Andrew Garfield, a struggling lawyer (Michael Dudikoff; Stranded, Gale Force). Jane's abusive husband discovers the two lovers in the heat of passion and Andrew kills him. Suspicion falls on Jane and Andrew must defend her in court.
