Long a staple of country-folk-rock, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has been entertaining people continuously since its founding in California in 1966. Current members Jeff Hanna, Jimmie Fadden and John McEuen have been with the band since that time; Bob Carpenter joined them in 1977. Former members include Jackson Browne and Bruce Kunkel. Known for their ground-breaking recording "Will The Circle Be Unbroken," which united older country music veterans with the newer elements of folk-rock, the band had their biggest hit with a cover of Jerry Jeff Walker's "Mr. Bojangles," included on this special DVD, recorded live at Orlando's Church Street Station.
