In June of 1940, Nazi Germany, having swept victoriously across Western Europe, was poised for an invasion of England. To prepare for the invasion, they planned a bombing campaign to bring England to its knees. Prime Minister Winston Churchill addressed Parliament and declared "I expect that the Battle of Britain is about to begin," and begin it did, with the Luftwaffe launching the most deadly and sustained aerial bombardment in the history of warfare. The British people and their Royal Air Force responded with valor and glory, bending, but not breaking. Churchill called it "their finest hour." This DVD brings you the amazing story of the Battle of Britain.

Battle of Britain - two pilots, one German and one British, recall their missions during these critical battles in the skies over Britain. The RAF valiantly confronts the Luftwaffe, but as the Nazi raids continue, it seems like only a matter of time before the Royal Air Force will start to crumble.

The Battle of London - This patriotic British film looks at the impact of the Battle of Britain on the citizens of London. As the blitz continues day after day, the people bravely carry on with their important jobs, fighting fires and defending their great city.

V.1.! - From the Crown Film Unit of Great Britain, the terrifying true story of Nazi Germany's weapon of mass destruction unleashed on the people of England in WW II, the V.1. rocket. As the skies rained fire, the brave citizens kept a stiff upper lip, denying the Nazi's the satisfaction of surrender.

London Can Take It! - This American produced film centers on the "greatest civilian army ever assembled," the ordinary citizens of London. Spotters, searchlight crews, AA gunners, firefighters and rescuers, they all did their part trying to protect London and her people during the Nazi bombing.
